Pretty Girls

My neices have the most incredible eyes. Think I am biased? Nah. Um… Well… maybe.

Amy

I would like to lay some sort of heritage claim, but alas I cannot. That claim quite clearly belongs to their mothers. See – here’s proof.

My beautiful sister-in-law Amanda and Amy. Just gorgeous.

Meet Alexis. Wouldn’t you just die for a complexion like this? Not to mention her stunning blue eyes that photograph so beautifully. She makes my photography look good.

She was such a good subject too, (thanks Alexis) as she had to come back a second time to finish off due to technical difficulites i.e. dead battery.

Aren’t these two just adorable together? This is one of my favourite pictures. I bet it’ll be one of Julie’s favourites too. What a lovely family. Thanks guys for sharing part of your day with me and my camera.

Busy Buzzy Bee

Posted in Nature on July 27, 2008 by Tania

Whilst out photographing the flowers out the front today I noticed the bees had taken the opportunity between rain showers to get busy with their job. Now my Princess dislikes bees – she was stung on the holidays and her foot was swollen for a week, her toe so big it looked like it would burst the skin. She couldn’t wear a shoe for 4 days. She says bees are mean.  But they are kinda fun to chase for photographs. They are challenging that’s for sure.

Awww, he’s so cute it doesn’t matter that he’s not too bright.

Little weed

Even a little yellow weed can be beautiful. Weeds survive well at out place.

Leaning Tree

Got any idea how windy it gets here? If you like Windsurfing, then this is the place to be in Summer. Trees that normally grow upright actually grow like this in the windy salty air and somehow survive.

This is the largest most famous one. Kinda cool.
